We stayed on a Monday night and the casino had less people there because it was a weekday which we really liked. We ate at the River Cane Buffet for dinner and lunch the next day and there was a great variety of food that was absolutely delicious! My friend and I were both given a coupon at check-out for a free one night stay at the hotel but it could only be used Sunday-Thursday. I won $100 while I was in the casino for a couple of hours and the slot machines seemed to pay out better than other area casinos. The casino was also very nice and didn't smell of cigarette smoke like Downstream Casino and Buffalo Run Casino. Both of our rooms very clean and nice as well as the rest of the hotel. Upon arrival, we checked in to the hotel and the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. I feel a response/ resolution is needed here.My friend and I decided to go gambling in the casino and stay at the hotel because we lived almost 3 hours away and didn't want to drive back that night.

I started crying, was obviously upset, no explanation or apology. They told me they would give me cash but they wouldn't be the same bills.

because it was my cash but I also had a $20 bill my dad carried with him always and gave to me before he died. Once there, they gave my wallet back at security and cards back at the cashier, but I asked about the cash. (They went through my ENTIRE purse and wallet.) That was never told to me at the casino (to also see the cashier) so I had 4 hours of unnecessary driving. Called the casino and was told 'anything of value' was at the cashier. My fault for leaving it in the food court and driving home without checking, but once home I found that my wallet was missing. (They never called me on my phone or over the intercom.) Security gave it to me, we drove 2 hours home. Went back to the food court and was informed security had it. Realized it was missing within a reasonably short time, we were still in the casino.
