My group and I definitely will not return. Hotel just seems very run down and with staff that just don’t seem to care. The rooms did smell like cigarette smoke when we checked in though and rooms are supposed to be non smoking. Housekeeping was great when we asked for extra trash bag for our trash. Like the pipes for all the rooms run through the room. I feel like you could hear toilet a flushing all day and night too. Doors are very heavy and they naturally slam shut so very loud all day and night.

We booked two rooms so I would assume they would be us in adjoining rooms and we even called and requested it and our rooms were next to each but not adjoining. Staff seem to all have attitudes and very unprofessional. Each bed had only two pillows and had to ask front desk for more. The pool was closed “for the season”, no one told us about the WiFi password until we had to call down. There is $15 resort fee for the amenities.but I still don’t get what the fee was for.
